We require a one-time investment in a mandatory gear kit—including a Gi, gloves, shin guards, and a mouthguard—to ensure safety during live drills. This isn't just about throwing punches; it is about learning the discipline of a proper stance and the control to execute strikes without causing injury, a skill set that translates directly into your child's everyday life. ### Why Kickboxing for Kids? We believe in building champions from the ground up, and that starts with the fundamentals. Our kickboxing program for children is designed to channel high energy into controlled technique. We strip away the distraction and replace it with rhythm, footwork, and core strength. ### The Curriculum Every 60-minute session led by pro fighter Seth Rosario focuses on three pillars: * **Striking Mechanics:** Learning the correct way to punch and kick, focusing on safety and precision rather than power. * **Discipline and Focus:** Kids learn to listen, follow instructions, and maintain their composure, even when they are tired. * **Self-Defense Awareness:** We teach practical scenarios, ensuring your child learns to manage distance and avoid conflict before it escalates. ### What You Need to Know We keep the environment serious but supportive. Whether at our DLF Phase 1 or DLF Phase 3 location in Gurugram, the standard remains consistent. Classes are capped to ensure a 1:8 ratio, so every child gets direct, corrective feedback from the coaches. We train Mon-Fri with 3-session weekly packages, allowing for steady, measurable progress. It is a commitment, but the payoff is a child who is physically tougher and mentally sharper. ### Getting Started The first step is a trial class. Bring your child in, let them experience the rhythm of our drills, and see how they adapt. We do not rush the process; we build it layer by layer, week by week. ## About Warrior's Cove At Warrior's Cove, we do not treat your kids like fragile things. We treat them like future warriors. Coach Seth and the rest of our team push them to find their own grit and learn that being disciplined feels better than being lazy.
