We dedicate the first 40 minutes to high-intensity conditioning—think suicides, defensive slides, and plyometrics—before transitioning into 30 minutes of controlled pickup games. It is the most practical way to break a sweat, improve your game sense, and start your day on the court. Whether you are a corporate professional looking to shake off desk stiffness or a player wanting to get back into the game, our adult program is built for results. We do not believe in leisurely sport. We believe in discipline. ### The Routine We train at 6:00 AM, rain or shine. If you can show up in the dark and the fog, you have already won half the battle. Our sessions are designed to burn calories and build technique simultaneously. You will be working on: * **Conditioning:** Plyometrics and agility drills to boost cardiovascular health. * **Tactics:** Proper shooting form (BEEF mechanics) and game positioning. * **Scrimmage:** Real-time 3x3 or 5x5 pickup matches to test what you have learned under pressure. ### Why Warriors Academy?
