We use a 'Sniffari' approach—giving them time to smell, explore, and decompress. For a dog, this mental engagement is often more satisfying than a fast-paced run, and it addresses the root cause of leash pulling and anxiety. At Waggology, my approach is simple: I coach the human as much as the dog. Most behavioral issues—like pulling, jumping, or barking—aren't about the dog being 'stubborn.' Tumcha dog tumcha aikat nahi ka? (Is your dog not listening to you?) Usually, they are just confused, overstimulated, or struggling to communicate their needs. My training methodology is rooted in positive reinforcement. Whether we are doing 1-on-1 training in your home or heading out for a guided hike across Pune's nature trails, my goal remains the same: to create a safe space where your dog can be themselves. We don't use fear, shouting, or forceful gear. ### Why My Approach Works: * **Connection Over Control:** I teach you to read body language. Once you understand what your dog is trying to say, you stop guessing and start responding. * **Mental Stimulation:** A bored dog is a destructive dog. My walking and hiking services are designed to exhaust them mentally, which leads to a calmer, happier home environment. * **Force-Free & Pune-Specific:** I cover areas like Kothrud, Baner, and Bavdhan, providing services that work for the city's unique environment. If you are dealing with a shy dog, a high-energy puppy, or just want to strengthen the bond with your pet, you’re in the right place. Let’s focus on the relationship first—the obedience will follow. ## About Waggology by Vedika I'm Vedika, and I believe training starts with you, not your dog.
