Whether you are returning to table tennis after years away or just picking up a paddle for the first time, our training focuses on safe movement patterns and strategic play that protects your joints while keeping the competition sharp. Table tennis is a high-speed game, but it is also one of the most accessible sports for players over 40. At VPTTA in Borivali West, we have seen players like Onkar Jog bring incredible focus and consistency to tournaments like the Prime Master League. ### Why train at VPTTA? * **Safe, Sustainable Training:** We understand that veteran play requires a different approach. We emphasize proper biomechanics during our 20-minute functional fitness sessions to ensure your knees and wrists stay healthy for years of play. * **Competitive Opportunities:** We do not just train for practice. Our players actively participate in district, state, and veteran-specific tournaments. Being part of a winning team, like our success at the Prime Master League, adds a layer of excitement that makes the hard work worthwhile. * **A Supportive Community:** You will be training alongside players who share your dedication. It is about more than just winning medals; it is about having a group that cheers for your recovery shot as loudly as your winning smash. ### Getting Started If you are worried about your current skill level, do not be. Whether you are aiming to compete or just want to stay fit and active, our sessions are designed to accommodate your pace. We provide ITTF-standard competition tables and professional lighting, giving you the best environment to practice your serves, returns, and tactical positioning. Come by for a session and see how our veteran community keeps the game alive and kicking. ## About Vaibhav Pawar Table Tennis Academy I am Vaibhav, the head coach at VPTTA.
