In every training session, we pair 40 minutes of technical racquet work with 20 minutes of functional fitness. That extra endurance helps our players maintain intensity during long tournament days, which is exactly why you see them holding trophies instead of just competing in the early rounds. ### Building Champions at VPTTA When you look at the photos of our players on the podium—whether it is at the Airoli Sports Association tournaments or the Maharashtra State Ranking events in Pune and Nashik—you are seeing the result of a specific formula. We do not just teach shots. We teach how to win. ### The VPTTA Method Our competitive program is built on two pillars: technical precision and physical resilience. Many players have the skill to play a good point, but state-level matches require the stamina to play a hundred good points in a row. Our 20-minute functional fitness block ensures our athletes are faster on their feet and more composed in the final sets. ### Why Our Approach Works * **Tournament Readiness:** We simulate match pressures during practice, helping players manage nerves and stay focused when the score is tight. * **Diverse Skill Development:** Our curriculum covers grip variations, serve reception, and advanced footwork, tailored to both U-15 junior categories and senior Women's divisions. * **Community Mentorship:** Older, experienced players like Ananya Chande and Parth Magar often mentor the newer kids. This culture of 'we grow together' is what makes our Borivali West academy feel like a family. ### Join Our Competitive Team If you are looking to move from recreational play to serious tournament preparation, we are here to support that journey. We look for players with the hunger to train consistently, because as I always say, passion with consistency is the main ingredient to achieve success. Whether you are aiming for district rankings or national glory, our coaching staff is ready to help you sharpen your game. ## About Vaibhav Pawar Table Tennis Academy I'm Vaibhav, and at VPTTA, we don't just coach table tennis; we build a support system. Watching kids like Ananya and Parth go from their first serve to holding state trophies is the reason I started this academy. We’re a tight-knit family, and everyone helps each other level up.
