## Meet your expert

### My story

Hey, I'm Vaibhav, head coach at VPTTA. What gets me up every morning? Watching my players grow, not just win medals. Like, seeing Harsh go from kid with a racquet to coaching his own winning team - that’s real stuff. We’re a tight community here. Coaches, parents, players, everyone helps each other level up. I always say, a good coach can flip the game, but it’s the whole gang’s support that makes real champions. Lucky to be part of their stories.
