When you see our team in these photos, you are looking at the people who actually cut the ply, weld the metal, and wire the lighting. We control the fabrication right here in our Delhi workshop, which means if you want a custom bar width or a specific stage shape, we can tweak it until the last minute without waiting on someone else's timeline. ### The Reality of Production For us, the most exciting part of the job happens long before the guests arrive. It starts in the workshop, where raw sheets of plywood and stacks of metal trussing are transformed. Whether we are building a 20ft custom bar for a Sangeet or constructing the complex geometric arches for a Haldi, our hands-on approach ensures quality control that you simply cannot get when you hire intermediaries. ### Why Fabrication Matters When we handle the production in-house, we are not limited by what is available in a rental catalog. If you have seen a specific Art Deco pattern you love, we can recreate it. If you need a mandap height that clears a low-hanging chandelier in your venue, we fabricate it to fit perfectly. This is the 'Thinking out of the box' approach we have used for over 30 years. ### Our Workflow 1. **Design & Planning**: We sit down to understand your theme, from vintage speakeasy nights to modern floral installations. 2. **Workshop Fabrication**: Our team builds the structures. We cut, paint, and assemble the main stage, backdrop, and props. 3. **On-Site Assembly**: We bring our kit to your venue—whether it is a farmhouse in Chhatarpur or a ballroom in Delhi NCR. This is where the lighting rigs, florals, and furniture come together to create that Magical Event Atmosphere. We embrace our imperfections because they are proof of human work, not mass-produced factory items. We are always ready to get our hands dirty to make sure your day looks exactly how you imagined it. ## About VKS Productions & Decor I have been in this game for over 30 years and I still get the same kick from watching a raw, empty venue turn into a full-blown party. My team and I are hands-on with every cut, weld, and floral arrangement because we believe that the soul of an event is in the making. If you want a team that works like they are building their own home, that is exactly who we are.
