These examples use balloon arches, themed backdrops and light-up letters. ### Birthday themes and props I use custom printed backdrops for themes such as jungle, space and cricket. Balloon arches, cake pedestals and light-up name letters appear across these setups. Butterfly cutouts and rainbow props feature in the children's birthday work. I do not offer helium or floating balloons. Foil character and shaped balloons are not helium-filled. ### Reference photos and written quotes I can work from reference photos and get very close. An exact replica is not guaranteed, because a photo does not show every technical detail. I check the design before accepting the booking. If I cannot recreate it, I tell you upfront and do not take the job. Written quotes are available. ### Traditional ceremonies and openings For baby showers and naming ceremonies, I also use artificial-greenery walls and artificial marigold strings. Fresh-flower decoration is not offered. Shop and office openings use balloon arches at the entrance. ### Wall fixing and paint Fixing decoration to walls can damage paint. A damage-free setup is available on request, so discuss paint concerns before setup. ### Setup and removal Custom printed backdrops need confirmation at least 2 days before the event. I finish decoration 2 hours before the start. For evening events, I return the next morning to remove the setup. For daytime events, I remove it after the event on the same day. ## About VK Creative Events I am Vinay of VK Creative Events.
