Whether you are curious about our signature Korean facials or just need a relaxing break from your daily routine, look through these reviews to see how we handle real skin and hair concerns. Our clients are the heart of Viviana Salon. When we hear someone say they have been visiting us for over four years, or that they finally found a solution for their pigmentation issues, it tells us we are doing something right. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all treatments; that is why our team—especially Shefali and Harshada—takes the time to listen before starting any hair or skin service. ### Why Clients Keep Coming Back * **Real Results:** From our BB Glow facials to hair spa treatments, we focus on treatments that actually work. Our clients often share their progress, like reduction in fine lines or frizzy hair, after just one or two sessions. * **The 'Viviana' Experience:** A facial isn't just about the skin. Our regulars love the little extras we include—the head, foot, or back massages that make a routine visit feel like a proper pampering session. * **Transparent Advice:** We offer free consultations with our cosmetologist because we believe you should understand your skin barrier before committing to advanced procedures like Derma Planning. * **Community & Fun:** We love celebrating with you. Whether it is our festive lucky draws or surprise membership rewards, we try to make every visit a little brighter. Whether you are a new face in Malad or a long-time regular in Goregaon, we treat you like family. If you are still deciding, browse these experiences to see the kind of care we offer. We are ready when you are. ## About Viviana Salon Hi, I’m Vijeta. We don't just do hair and skin services; we build relationships. When our clients tell us they've been with us for years, it feels like family, honestly.
