When you train with us, you are not getting coaches who retired years ago; you are getting active cricketers like Amogh and Shreenesh who know exactly how modern Mumbai leagues like the Kanga and Police Shield are being played right now. They will correct your stance in the morning and apply that same technique in a tournament match by the evening. At Vision Cricket Academy, we believe theory is only as good as its application on the field. That is why our coaching team is comprised exclusively of active, high-performing cricketers who understand the pressure of the modern game. ### Meet Your Mentors Our team is built on proven success: - **Ninad Kadam:** Our Head Coach is ECB Core Coach (Level 2) certified, bringing internationally recognized technical standards to our Dahisar ground. He focuses on the foundational biomechanics that separate good players from great ones. - **Amogh Bhatkal:** A current Ranji Trophy player and Police Shield 'Man of the Tournament,' Amogh brings high-velocity, match-winning experience to your net sessions. If you want to know what it takes to score back-to-back centuries in tough conditions, he is the one to ask. - **Shreenesh Shah:** A specialist in dismantling batting orders, Shreenesh brings the mindset of a strike bowler to our coaching. Having picked up 9-wicket hauls in Kanga League matches, he teaches the art of patience, variation, and wicket-taking deliveries. ### Why Train with Active Players? Because the game changes. A coach who hasn't played in a decade teaches yesterday's cricket. We teach you what is winning matches today. Whether it is handling a high-pressure chase, bowling to a set batsman in a T20, or just building the mental toughness to stay calm when the umpire gives a tough call, we have lived it, and we will teach it to you. We coach in English, Hindi, and Marathi, ensuring the technical points land exactly where they need to. Our sessions are built for those who are serious about their cricket journey—from the basics of a forward defense to the tactical awareness needed for MCA tournaments like the Harris Shield. ## About Vision Cricket Academy We started Vision Cricket Academy in Dahisar because we saw too much raw talent in Mumbai's lanes not getting a fair shot. Our coaches Ninad and Amogh have lived the journey from local maidans to the Ranji Trophy, and now we are just here to make sure you get that same chance.
