We believe that cricket is therapy, so while we take our drills and MCA tournament prep seriously, we also make time to celebrate every win, no matter how small. Whether it is a formal jersey distribution ceremony with our head coaches or the end-of-day fun during our summer camps, you are signing up to be part of a group that genuinely cheers for your progress, on and off the pitch. ### Why Culture Matters Many cricket academies in Mumbai treat players like numbers on a ledger. At Vision Cricket Academy, we do things differently. We are Dahisar locals, and we started this academy because we saw the hunger in the lanes of Mumbai but noticed a lack of structured guidance. Our community-focused approach ensures that when you step into our nets, you aren't just here for bowling machine practice; you are here to learn the mindset of a professional cricketer. ### The VCA Experience Our 'Academy Life' is defined by: * **Mentorship:** You aren't just learning from anyone. Your coaches are active First-Class cricketers who have played at the Ranji Trophy level. They know what it takes to bridge the gap from local club cricket to state-level selection. * **Real-World Exposure:** From participating in the Harris Shield and Kanga League to organized jersey distributions, we provide the full experience. You get the equipment, the training, and the environment that prepares you for high-pressure match situations. * **Holistic Growth:** We focus on fitness, nutrition, and mental toughness. We don't just want you to bowl fast or hit hard; we want you to have the discipline to handle the ups and downs of a competitive career. If you are looking for a place where 'Kaam toh aate rehta hai' (work always waits) but cricket comes first, you have found your home. We keep our batches focused to ensure every student gets personal attention from our senior coaching team. ## About Vision Cricket Academy We are Ninad and Amogh, and we run Vision Cricket Academy right here in Dahisar. We’ve played at the Ranji level, but our real goal is helping kids from our own lanes get the same shot at success that we had.
