It is therapy, passion, and a way of life that builds character, one over at a time. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Our philosophy is simple: "Kaam toh aate rehta hai, par cricket nahi rokne ka." Complex, it is also serious business. We do not just teach cover drives; we teach you how to handle the pressure of an MCA selection trial and stay calm when the game gets tight. Whether you are here to play for Mumbai or just to find your flow, you will be doing it on red-soil turf with coaches who have actually walked the talk at the Ranji level. ### Why This Academy is Different We operate on the philosophy of 'Kaam toh aate rehta hai, par cricket nahi rokne ka' (Work can wait, but cricket can't stop). This is not just a slogan; it is the heartbeat of our training program. We understand that whether you are an aspiring professional eyeing the Harris Shield or a hobbyist looking to sharpen your skills, you need an environment that mirrors the intensity of competitive play. ### Our Approach to Training When you train with us, you are stepping into a system designed for results. We integrate fitness, nutrition, and mental conditioning because we believe in building athletes, not just cricketers. Our facilities at N.L. Complex include: * **Red-Soil Turf Wickets:** Authentic conditions that simulate match-day play. * **Bowling Machine Access:** Practice against 120kph+ deliveries in our high-performance batches. * **Floodlit Nets:** Consistent practice sessions, regardless of the weather or time of day. ### The Competitive Pathway As an MCA-affiliated academy, we provide the infrastructure and the official roadmap for serious cricketers. From administrative guidance for your MCA Player Card to internal selection trials for the Bhaskar Trophy, we ensure you have the platform to get noticed by selectors. Our coaches, including active Ranji Trophy and List A players, bring tactical awareness to every session. They analyze your technique, break down your batting grip, and help you build a match temperament that holds up when the game is on the line. ## About Vision Cricket Academy We are Ninad and Amogh, and for us, this academy is personal. We started this because we saw talent in Mumbai’s lanes that needed a real shot, and we are here to make sure you get it.
