Our coaches are currently active in major leagues like the Kanga League and Police Shield, so when they teach a technique, it is battle-tested in real match scenarios. You are getting mentorship from professionals who are currently playing at the top level in Mumbai, rather than instructors who stopped playing years ago. At Vision Cricket Academy, credibility comes from the scoreboard. When our coaches guide you through a session, they draw on their own recent match experiences, not just theoretical drills. Our head coaches bring specific strengths to your training: * **Technical Foundation:** Ninad Kadam holds the ECB Level 2 certification, ensuring your technique aligns with modern international standards. * **Match Awareness:** Amogh Bhatkal, a Police Shield Man of the Tournament, teaches the art of building an innings. His experience scoring back-to-back centuries against top club sides helps you understand how to manage pressure during high-stakes games. * **Grit and Performance:** Shreenesh Shah’s Kanga League success, including 9-wicket hauls, proves that we focus on deep, consistent performance metrics. Because we are MCA-affiliated and active in the local circuit, we know the exact requirements for tournament pathways like the Harris Shield and Vijay Merchant Trophy. We guide you through the same steps we took to reach the Ranji level. Whether you need to fix a technical flaw or develop the mental toughness required to close out a game, you are learning from a playbook that is currently working on the ground in Mumbai. ## About Vision Cricket Academy We are Ninad and Amogh, and we built this academy because we saw raw talent in Mumbai that just needed the right direction. We do not believe in coaching from the sidelines. We are on the field with you, sharing the same red-soil turf and analyzing the game in real-time.
