### What Drives Us

Football is everything for us. It’s not just about playing matches, it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and growing every single day. We’re obsessed with helping young players become confident athletes, not just good footballers. Most kids who join aren’t stars yet - they get better because they’re in the right place with the right people.

### Who Can Join

We train boys and girls aged 7 to 17. Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or already play for your school - if you’re serious about improving, you’ll fit right in. We run squads for all age groups (U-10 to U-17) and have a dedicated girls football development program with separate batches and extra focus on growth.

### How We Train

Our coaches are AIFF and AFC certified, and we believe in building complete athletes. Our sessions cover:
- Technical mastery: first touch, ball control, passing, dribbling under pressure
- Tactical football training: learn to read the game, use tactical boards, play smarter
- Football fitness for kids: speed, agility, stamina, strength, plyometrics
- Mental skills: teamwork, discipline, leadership, bouncing back from setbacks

### What to Expect

Three intense sessions a week. You’ll get group drills, fitness work, personal feedback, and video analysis. It’s tough, but you’ll make friends and have fun.

### My story

We're Vision Royal Rangers, but honestly, we’re just a football family. We started because kids had energy, not direction. Here, it’s not only about goals but about learning to show up, fail, laugh, and try again. Parents see the change - like Alok, whose son grew here. Watching our kids win the RSA Cup or make nationals, that’s the real trophy. The ground teaches more than books, and we’re just here for that ride.

### My work

- **Football Training for Kids 7-17**: We run youth football coaching in Delhi and Gurgaon, for boys and girls, with focus on real game skills.
- **High Performance & Speed Clinics**: Our high performance football training and speed and agility clinics are for serious players wanting that extra edge.
- **Life Skills Through Football**: We teach teamwork, leadership, and confidence. It’s not just about football, it’s about building people.
- **Team Training for Delhi Youth League**: We prep teams for competitions like the Delhi Youth League, using progressive drills and group strategy sessions.
- **Multiple Centres**: Our centres are in Gurgaon and Delhi. We’re building a strong football community here.
