Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or training for a fight, my role is to break down the technical, mental, and physical barriers that stand between you and your goals. We focus on fundamentals first, such as footwork, head movement, and combinations, because without a solid foundation, you are just throwing punches. When I coach, I am not just teaching you how to throw a hook. I am teaching you how to analyze your movement, manage your breathing, and stay composed when the pressure is high. This is the same mindset I maintained while working on the 'Chandu Champion' movie set, where precision and endurance were non-negotiable. In my Nagpada gym, you will not find air conditioning or fancy distractions. You will find heavy bags, a full-size ring, and a group of people who are serious about getting better. My sessions are structured to build you from the ground up: * Conditioning: We start with a foundation of stamina that carries over into your daily life. * Technique: We fix your stance and guard until the movements become muscle memory. * Mental Toughness: You will learn to push past the point where you want to quit. If you are looking for a place to hide, this is not it. If you are looking for a place to work, to sweat, and to find the fighter inside you, then you are in the right place. ## About Vision Boxing I live by one rule: No Boxing, No Life. I have spent years in the ring and on film sets, and I bring that same intensity to every class I run in Nagpada.
