From Mallikarjun’s wife recovering from chronic lung issues to Vasudha finding the confidence to become a college principal, these stories show the actual impact of my therapeutic and teacher training methods. You don't have to take my word for it; listen to what they have to say about their inner journey. ### Healing Through Yoga Therapy Many of our students come to us seeking relief from long-standing health issues where conventional methods have reached a limit. Mallikarjun’s wife, for instance, struggled with severe lung issues that impacted her sleep and quality of life. Through our customized yoga therapy, focusing on pranayama and healing processes rather than just standard asanas, she was able to recover. Similarly, students like Dheeraj have managed wheezing issues by learning correct breathing techniques at our centre. ### Career Transformation and Confidence We believe that badavaragi huttodu tappalla, badavarage saaytini annodu not correct (being born poor is not wrong, but dying poor is not right). Vasudha joined us looking for calmness, but she left with much more. Her training helped her transition from a state of high stress to becoming a college Principal. This is the goal of our 300-hour Teacher Training Certification. We do not just teach postures; we focus on anatomy, philosophy, and the practical art of teaching so you are ready to lead classes globally. ### A Global Community Our impact stretches beyond Bengaluru. Students like Christoph, who visited from Paris, found that our centre provides a professional yet nurturing environment. Whether you are interested in Chakra healing, as explored by our student Jayalakshmi, or simply need a safe space to practice, we adapt the learning to your needs. If you are ready to start your own story of transformation, reach out. Let’s work together to fix the root cause, whether it is physical health or mindset blocks. ## About Vishwa Poornima Yoga Centre I have spent 30 years helping people transform, not just by teaching poses, but by addressing the root causes of their health and mindset issues.
