My sessions move beyond basic patterns, helping you master traditional gaamthi footwork and spins so you feel completely confident on the dance floor. I believe that everyone carries a dancer within them; you just need the right space to let it out. My workshops are not about rigid rules or perfect posture. They are about the vibe—that electric energy you feel when you lose yourself in the music. In these sessions, we focus on: * **Foundation:** Breaking down authentic gaamthi steps so you stop guessing and start flowing. * **Technique:** Mastering those trademark Garba spins and barrels that look effortless but take practice. * **Musicality:** Understanding the rhythm of popular Gujarati tracks, from traditional beats to modern mashups. Whether you join an online session from your living room or come to my in-person classes across Mumbai, the goal is the same. We create a judgment-free zone where you can mess up, laugh, and try again. I have taught everyone from grandparents looking to rediscover their heritage to young dancers wanting to add a new skill to their repertoire. If you have been hesitant about joining because you think you have two left feet, this is your sign to show up. We move at a pace that ensures you walk away with a routine you actually remember, not just a blurred memory of steps you tried to copy in a crowd. ## About Vishrut Doshi Hey, I’m Vishrut. Dance is my oxygen, and Garba is my way of celebrating life. I don't just teach steps; I want you to feel that same chaos and joy I find in our folk roots every time I step onto the floor.
