Whether it is sourcing fresh flowers from the local market or carefully assembling an 8x8ft 3D backdrop in a tight party hall, my team and I are on-site to manage the heavy lifting so you can actually be a guest at your own event. Event management is not just about the final look, it is about the hours of effort that go into making a space feel right. I treat every setup like it is my own. On some days, we might have four different events in one morning, but my team and I ensure we pull through every single time. ### Why the process matters When you hire a professional for event decor, you are paying for the execution. My process includes: - **Sourcing:** I am personally at the market to pick fresh flowers and quality materials. - **Logistics:** We arrive early to handle the transit and assembly of shimmer walls, neon signs, and balloon garlands. - **Attention to detail:** From the placement of traditional brass lamps to the alignment of 2D character cutouts, we adjust everything on-site until it looks perfect. ### My commitment to your event I know there are many service providers in Bengaluru, and it is easy to get confused by pricing. My goal is to be transparent about what you get. If you want to see our event decor setup in action, my vlogs show exactly how we transform empty halls into themed celebrations. Whether you need a birthday party setup or a traditional ceremony, I am hands-on from start to finish. If you like our work, let's talk about what we can build for your next function. ## About Virgeca Events I'm Jahnavi. This work is the dream I breathe and build every single day. I’m on the ground for every setup, from sourcing fresh marigolds to placing the last balloon, because I treat your event like my own.
