You are getting the same fresh, eggless quality I bake for home orders, just served with extra festive energy. I love the hustle of these events because it is the only time I get to see your reactions in real-time, helping me refine flavors based on what you actually love to eat right there on the spot. Pop-ups are more than just sales points for me. They are my way of bringing the home bakery experience to your local festival or community hub. Whether it is a Dandiya night in Noida or a mompreneur mixer, I bring a selection of my bestsellers—fusion mithai cakes, chocolate bars, and those jars of joy. Why I choose to do this: * **Real Feedback:** There is no substitute for watching someone take that first bite of a Red Velvet cupcake or a fusion mithai bar. It gives me instant insight into what flavor profiles work and what you might want to see next. * **Freshness Guarantee:** I maintain the same strict standards at my stall that I do in my kitchen. Everything is transported with care, ensuring that the chocolate does not melt and the cakes remain moist. * **Customization on the Spot:** Need a last-minute gift hamper for a Diwali party? My stalls are stocked with pre-made boxes, but I am always happy to help you assemble a custom hamper from the stock I have on hand. You will usually find me at various seasonal events in Delhi NCR. If you are organizing a community gathering, a school fete, or a corporate event, reach out to me. I enjoy setting up my cart and being part of the celebration. It is about building a community of fellow food lovers who value homemade, eggless, and preservative-free treats as much as I do. ## About Vipul Bakes I am Reema, and I believe baking is about building relationships.
