If you ask my regulars, they’ll tell you my desserts come with a small warning label. Whether it’s the Tiramisu, the apple pie, or my special plum cake, the feedback is usually the same—it disappears within minutes. It isn't just about the taste; it’s that genuine, home-baked warmth that people seem to notice from the very first bite. Building Vipul Bakes from my home kitchen in Noida has been a journey of trial, error, and mostly, pure joy. When I started baking at fifteen, I never imagined I’d be lucky enough to have such a vibrant community around me. These reviews aren't just ratings; they’re photos from birthday parties, surprise hampers, and quick chats at pop-up events across Delhi NCR. When someone like Dr. Poornima tells me my fresh mango dessert made her day, or a client jokes about my addictive plum cake, that’s when I know I’ve done my job right. I’m not a big commercial factory. I’m just Reema, in my Sector 50 kitchen, washing jars and experimenting with new flavors like chai masala. Everything you see here—the fusion mithai cakes, the theme cakes, the hampers—is 100% eggless and made fresh to order. I prioritize quality over mass production, which means I sometimes have to say no when I'm fully booked, but that’s how I keep things real. If you’re looking for a treat that feels like it came from a friend’s kitchen rather than a shop, I’m so happy you found me. ## About Vipul Bakes I’m Reema, a Dehradun-born home baker living in Noida. I don’t just bake cakes; I experiment with flavors I’ve picked up traveling the world, always keeping things eggless and made with love. When I'm not in my kitchen, you'll likely find me at a local mompreneur mixer or planning the next fusion dessert.
