Every single order, whether it is a small batch of cupcakes or a large festive hamper, is baked fresh the day of your delivery. If you have a specific date for an event or celebration, please message me early to check if I have an open slot, as my schedule fills up quickly. When you see those perfectly frosted cupcakes or a festive hamper, know that I have hand-piped, boxed, and tied every ribbon myself. It is just me—the baker, the manager, the packer, and the person replying to your DMs. Why does this matter for your order? It means there are no factory shortcuts, no massive machines, and zero preservatives. Whether I am working on a batch of Nutella cupcakes for a birthday or assembling luxury wicker baskets for Diwali, the quality stays consistent because I am watching every step of the process. My kitchen in Sector 50, Noida, gets quite busy, especially during festival seasons. On those days, it really is a marathon of 30+ orders, and that is when my small-batch rule helps me ensure nothing leaves the counter unless it is perfect. I also love collaborating with other local artists for the packaging—like the beautiful wicker baskets I do with Reethi Gifts—because I believe the unboxing experience should be as special as the taste.
