Whether you are aiming for the district team or just looking to build functional strength, our sessions at Shivaji Park are built on strict discipline. Here, fitness is not optional—as we say, if the body isn't fit, a person is zero. Success on the mat is forged in the mud of Shivaji Park long before the tournament day. Our training program is split into specialized groups to ensure every player gets the right level of intensity: * **Junior Foundation (U-14 & U-16):** We focus on the basics of defense, raid techniques, and the discipline required to compete at the district level. This is where we identify future talent. * **Elite Professional Squad:** This is for the high-intensity players. We drill advanced tactics like the dubki and chain tackles, preparing you for corporate sports recruitment and state-level leagues. * **Veteran Program (45+):** Kabaddi is for life. Our veteran group focuses on mobility, joint health, and the sheer joy of the sport. We don't just teach skills; we teach strategy. Our training includes rope climbing, bodyweight conditioning, and defensive coordination. Because we have over 100 players, the internal competition keeps everyone sharp.
