Whether you are ten or seventy-five, our residential retreats focus on the Vedic lifestyle—Satvik meals, early morning Vedic chanting, and the practice of Dhanurvidya. You will learn the 7 primary Sthanakas and find focus through disciplined breath and movement, just as the warriors of old did. At our Gurukulam, Dhanurvidya is a journey of self-mastery. We strip away the modern distractions of digital life to bring you back to the roots of Indian archery. Our residential programs are designed to immerse you fully in this tradition. ### Our Training Approach We host two primary residential formats. Our 3-day Beginners Camp provides 15 hours of intensive coaching, focusing on stance training, grip techniques, and static target practice. For those seeking deeper immersion, the 5-day Advanced Warrior Immersion offers 30 hours of instruction. Here, we progress to outdoor nature drills, moving targets (Chala Lakshya), and rapid-fire shots, all while maintaining the meditative state required for true precision. ### The Vedic Lifestyle Beyond the bow, you live the life of a shishya. The day begins at 4:30 AM with Vedic chanting and yoga to center the mind. You will wear traditional attire, participate in the sacred Ayudha Puja ceremony, and share Satvik meals prepared for physical and mental clarity. We believe that true strength comes from this harmony of body, spirit, and environment. ### Locations and Inclusivity Our retreats are held in peaceful settings across Tirupati, Hyderabad, and Vizianagaram. We welcome students from all walks of life, regardless of prior experience or fitness levels. Whether you are a student, a professional, or a retiree, the path of the warrior is open to you.
