## About On-Table Skill Development

You won't find generic rallies here. Our sessions focus on the high-intensity 'third-ball attack' and consistent loop-drive mechanics. We use robot-assisted multiball specifically to iron out your muscle memory, ensuring that by the time you're in a match, your strokes are reflexive, not hesitant.
