You will work on your footwork, your agility, and your mindset, all in a group setting that feels more like a big family than a classroom. From our high-intensity multiball drills and robot practice to dedicated sessions with our sports psychologist, we focus on every detail to make sure you are ready for the tournament pressure. ### Training That Builds Winners Our academy in Sector 56, Gurugram, is built for serious players who want to compete at the state and national levels. We believe that training must be holistic, covering everything from physical endurance to mental toughness. **The Facility:** We train on high-grade STAG International tables with red synthetic PVC flooring, ensuring the surface is consistent with tournament standards. **The Routine:** * **Intensity:** Our sessions aren't just about playing. We use high-volume multiball and robot-assisted drills to build muscle memory and reaction speed. * **Physical Fitness:** Table tennis requires extreme agility. We run dedicated off-table fitness modules using ladder drills, cones, and core strengthening exercises to keep you match-fit. * **Mental Conditioning:** A major edge we provide is mental toughness training. We work with a psychologist to help players handle match anxiety, focus better under pressure, and understand the science of neuroplasticity in sports. **Join the Squad:** Whether you are looking for long-term competitive squad training or a short-term intensive block before a tournament, we provide structured guidance. Our coach-to-student ratio is kept between 1:6 and 1:8, ensuring that whether we are working on your forehand topspin or backhand drive, you get the direct feedback you need to improve. And yes, after the sweat, we always make time to have some fun together—because a happy player is a winning player. ## About Victorious Table Tennis Academy I'm Bikas, and I believe the pain you feel today is the strength you'll need tomorrow.
