My prep, from the final days of water manipulation to the intensity of show day, relies heavily on the technical guidance and mental grounding of my Guruji, Kuldeep Bhaiya. When you work with me, you are not just getting a diet chart; you are gaining access to the same mentorship and accountability that fueled my Mr. India and Mr. Delhi journey. Success in this sport requires more than just heavy lifting; it demands an objective eye. When you are deep into a prep cycle, tired, and depleted, you cannot see your own imbalances or flaws. That is why I work under the mentorship of Kuldeep Bhaiya. He corrects my form, challenges my mindset, and ensures I am always moving forward. ### Why Mentorship Matters When you hire me for contest prep or personal training, you are bringing that same culture of accountability into your life.
