You will find me moving around with a mix of candid photojournalism and traditional framing, ensuring that the laughter, the cousins dancing, and the quiet ritual moments get as much attention as your stage portraits. Events like the Roka, Mehendi, and Sangeet are the heartbeat of the wedding week. They are less structured than the main wedding day, which gives me the freedom to capture real, unfiltered happiness. Whether it is a traditional Mata ki Chowki or a cultural ceremony like Kashmiri Saath Mainz, I take the time to understand the significance behind the rituals. It is not just about clicking photos; it is about respecting the faith and the emotions involved. For the Sangeet, expect low-light photography that doesn't kill the vibe. I use portable strobes to balance the stage lighting, ensuring the colors of your decor and your lehengas pop without making the dance floor look like a studio. If you are planning an outdoor Mehendi, we will time it for the golden hour to get those soft, romantic portraits before the dancing starts. I usually arrive an hour before the main events start. This gives me time to capture the quiet moments: the bridal details, the decor, and the parents getting ready to welcome guests.
