We focus on how your mandir integrates into your living area—ensuring the lighting highlights the space without creating glare and the dimensions fit seamlessly into your existing floor plan. Whether you want a compact shelf or a grand cabinet, the goal is to make it feel like a natural part of your home, not an afterthought. When designing a sacred space, the choice of material changes the entire vibe of the room. We often work with solid Teak wood for that timeless, traditional feel—the kind that ages beautifully and brings a sense of warmth to the home. If you are leaning towards a contemporary look, we use CNC-cut panels with intricate geometric patterns, backlighting, or even Corian with marble tops for a clean, modern finish. ### Why the details matter - **Lighting:** We don't just add a bulb. We use warm white cove lighting or strategic strip lights to highlight the deity or the textures of the wood, creating a serene ambiance for your daily prayers. - **Space Planning:** Many of our clients in Bengaluru apartments worry about space. We specialize in vertical designs—floor-to-ceiling units that maximize storage for your ritual essentials without taking up too much floor area. - **Custom Elements:** From FRP murals of Radha Krishna to custom brass door handles, we can add elements that reflect your personal devotion. We believe the final output must be 'tumba chennagide' (very good). We guide you through the 3D design process so you can visualize the unit in your home before we cut a single piece of wood. This way, we ensure the mandir matches your home's color palette and your budget requirements. ## About VE-VA Designs We are VE-VA Designs, a team of Bengaluru locals dedicated to turning houses into homes.
