It is proof that the hard work, strict dieting, and consistent training I preach actually produce results. When I coach you, I bring this exact standard of excellence to your workouts because I know exactly what it takes to stand under the harsh stage lights and win. When you train with me, you are not working with someone who just reads from textbooks. You are working with a coach who has lived the process, faced the pressure, and won titles like Miss India 2022. My features in the Times of India and the honor from the Delhi Vidhaan Sabha are a testament to the fact that women can dominate in a space once reserved only for men. I use this same 'do or die' intensity with every client, whether you are a beginner or a fellow athlete preparing for the stage. I do not believe in easy routes or half-hearted efforts. If you want to build muscle, correct your form, and craft a winning mindset, you have to be willing to do the work. I am here to guide you through the fatigue and the diet, and to show you that strong is feminine, sexy, and powerful. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building a physique you are proud of, let's get to work. ## About Reetu Verma Hey, I am Reetu Verma.
