You are talking directly to me, Abhishek, or Nimisha. We discuss your room, your light, and the story you want to capture, ensuring the final canvas fits your space exactly as you envisioned. ### Our Approach to Commissioned Art Creating art for your home is not just about filling a blank wall; it is about choosing something that adds value. A painting is one of the few investments that can grow in relevance over a lifetime of 400 to 500 years. We focus on two main paths: * **Ready-to-Own Pieces:** Visit our 7000 sq ft gallery in KR Puram to see works already on display, from deep, meditative abstracts to high-energy tributes to musical legends. * **Bespoke Commissions:** If you have a specific vision—a family portrait, a cityscape that holds a memory, or an abstract piece matched to your interior color palette—we handle the entire process. ### The Process 1. **The Discussion:** We start with a 30-minute chat, either in person or virtually. We talk about the medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor) and the vibe you want. 2. **The Execution:** Once we start, I provide regular updates. For larger commissions, we use advanced digital superimposition to show you exactly how the scale fits on your wall before we finalize the painting. 3. **The Delivery:** Every piece is finished with a UV protective varnish to ensure longevity. We handle everything from the certificate of authenticity to custom-built shipping crates for outstation orders. Whether you are looking for a massive 9x12 foot statement piece for a double-height ceiling or an intimate A3 watercolor work, the goal remains the same: a direct connection from our brush to your wall. ## About Verde Canvas I am Abhishek, and together with Nimisha, we run Verde Canvas. We don't just sell art; we invite you to our studio to talk about what moves you, share a coffee, and find a piece that truly belongs in your home.
