When you see our cakes, know they were likely being whipped up just hours before you picked them up from our Nerul outlet. If you are planning a celebration, just remember that our delicate, rustic-style cakes need a steady hand and an air-conditioned car floor to get home in one piece. ### Our Kitchen Rules I run Veni'licious on a 'what you see is what you get' basis. That means we focus on fresh ingredients and honest baking rather than elaborate fondant work or fancy structures. My process is simple: I prepare, I taste, and if I don't love it, it never leaves the kitchen. ### Why the Transport Matters I get asked often why I am so strict about the 'AC car floor only' rule. It is because our cakes are made with real cream, fresh fruit, and butter. They are sensitive. A bike ride or a bumpy car seat can ruin the finish before you even cut the cake.
