I personally teach every child using a balance-first approach, where they master steering and gliding before pedals even enter the picture. This removes the fear of falling entirely, allowing them to focus on having fun while staying safe. Parents, you do not need to run alongside them; I will be right there until they are ready to ride on their own. ### Why the No-Fall Method Works The biggest barrier for kids learning to ride is the fear of hitting the ground. By removing pedals initially, we eliminate that risk. Your child learns to find their center of gravity, brake intuitively, and steer with control. Once that foundation is set, adding pedals feels like a natural progression rather than a scary challenge. ### What to Expect Most children gain confidence and independence within 5 sessions. We start with seat adjustments and mounting, move to gliding and braking, and finish by refining their pedaling technique. My sessions are patient, structured, and adapted to each child's pace. Whether they are naturally athletic or a bit nervous, there is no rush and no pressure. ### Inclusive Coaching I have extensive experience working with children with Down syndrome and autism. Every child deserves the joy of cycling, and I create a supportive environment where they feel safe to learn, explore, and succeed at their own speed. ### Logistics and Gear We offer flexible options to suit your family's schedule. Join us at our public ground sessions in areas like Worli or Andheri, or I can come directly to your residential building compound for doorstep coaching.
