Whether you bought a new bike online that needs assembly or your pedal assist has gone erratic, I personally ensure the wiring is secure and the brakes are calibrated for the extra weight of an electric cycle. ### Expert E-Bike Care in Mumbai Electric bicycles are a game changer for commuting, but they require a different level of technical attention than a standard manual cycle. Because these bikes are heavier and house complex electrical components, improper assembly or neglected maintenance can lead to safety risks. My team and I focus on the specific needs of your e-bike, from the motor hub to the display unit. ### What We Cover - **Professional Assembly:** Bought an e-bike online? Don't risk a DIY setup. We assemble, test, and ensure your warranty remains valid. We check every handlebar stem, pedal torque, and gear index before handing it over. - **Electrical Troubleshooting:** If your pedal assist feels jerky, your battery isn't holding a charge, or the display is acting up, bring it to our Worli workshop. We perform thorough connector inspections for corrosion and ensure your battery rails are mounted securely. - **Heavy-Duty Tuning:** E-bikes put more stress on brake systems due to their weight and speed. We upgrade or adjust your disc brakes specifically for electric bicycle load requirements, ensuring you have the stopping power you need. ### Why Velocrush? I have been obsessed with cycle mechanics for over 15 years. We treat every electric bicycle, whether it is a high-end Heileo or a daily commuter, with the same precision. We don't guess when it comes to electrical systems. We diagnose, fix, and test ride every single bike to ensure the power assist and manual pedaling work together seamlessly. Whether you need a quick tune-up or a full diagnostic check, we keep your e-bike running smoother than the day you bought it. ## About Velocrush I've spent over 15 years obsessing over every squeak and rattle, and now I'm applying that same energy to e-bikes. My team and I don't just fix parts; we make sure your ride feels brand new so you can get back to what you love.
