At our club, we do not just throw you in the ring to trade hits. We watch your footwork, your guard, and your breathing closely. If you are dropping your hands or getting sloppy, I will be the first one to correct you. It is about building real fight habits, not just swinging for power. ### Building the Fighter's Mindset In the ring, every mistake is visible. My coaching is based on one principle: no shortcuts. When you spar at Veer Savarkar Boxing Club, you are doing more than just training. You are learning to handle pressure. We focus on situational sparring, where we put you in specific scenarios to practice defensive movement, cutting off the ring, and counter-punching under fatigue. ### Preparing for Competition We do not build boxers for the sake of the gym. We build them for the ring. If you have the desire to compete, we provide the path. We take you from the heavy bag, to technical sparring, to the competition floor. Our fighters consistently compete at the Mumbai Division, University, and National levels. Before you step into a competitive bout, we ensure you have: * **Ring Generalship:** Learning how to control the distance and dictate the pace. * **Technique Correction:** Constant feedback on your jab, cross, and hook combinations. * **Conditioning:** Endurance training so you do not gas out in the final round. ### Our Approach to Sparring Safety and technique come first. We conduct weekend sparring sessions where headgear and mouthguards are mandatory. This is where you test what you learned in the drills. If you are a beginner, you will start with light technical sparring. If you are part of our competition squad, we ramp up the intensity to match real fight conditions.
