It is about understanding the energy flow in your space. My platform, HuntVastuHomes, automates this by mapping 16 Vastu zones onto your floor plan. Whether you are looking at a society in Noida or a flat in Bengaluru, this system gives you an unbiased compliance percentage so you can decide with facts, not just hearsay. Finding a home that feels right is stressful. Often, friends and family give conflicting opinions, leaving you more confused than before. I built this scoring system to remove that anxiety. ### How the Vastu Score Works My team and I have developed a standardized method to rate any property. We look at key elements like the entrance direction, kitchen placement, and master bedroom location. The system then generates a clear percentage: * **85%+:** Excellent - Ready for you to move in with confidence. * **70–85%:** Very Good - Minor adjustments might be needed but the foundation is strong. * **60–70%:** Good - Requires a careful look at the layout before committing. * **50–60%:** Average - You may need to plan for specific remedies. ### Why Use This System? Many people wait until after they have moved in to realize that their bedroom in the South-East is causing arguments or a toilet in the South-West is affecting their health. My goal is to help you catch these issues before you sign the lease or pay the deposit. ### Getting Your Analysis If your society is already listed on my platform, you can check the compliance rating instantly. If your building is not listed, you can simply upload your floor plan. My team will manually verify the North arrow and provide a diagnostic report featuring a 16-zone map and a breakdown of your home's compliance. This is purely a diagnostic tool, providing you the gyan needed to make an informed decision without needing to break anything or spend on unnecessary corrections. ## About Smita Narang Namaskar, I am Dr. Smita.
