We do not believe in set-in-stone menus because every wedding or corporate event carries its own energy, and we adapt our kitchen and staff to match that. Whether it is maintaining strict hygiene standards at a large venue or managing the complex flow of a multi-cuisine setup, we treat your event requirements with the same care as our own family legacy. Everything started in 1970 with one simple belief: food is the heartbeat of any celebration. Over the last five decades and 25,000 events, that belief has remained our guiding principle. We are members of the Bombay Caterers Association because we take hygiene, kitchen standards, and food safety seriously. We know that in a city like Mumbai, a caterer is only as good as their last event. When you choose us, you are not picking from a rigid catalogue. I sit down with families to build menus that reflect their specific style. We handle the logistics of large-scale weddings in Lonavala or Nashik just as carefully as we manage an intimate private party in a Mumbai home. Our team understands that the guest experience goes beyond just the taste of the main course. It is about how the counters are set up, how the staff interacts with guests, and how fresh the food stays from the first bite to the last. While our Sindhi heritage influences our classic dishes like Saibhaji and Aloo Tuk, we have evolved to handle everything from Mexican taco bars to live Asian wok stations. We do not just serve food. We manage the kitchen logistics of your event, ensuring that while we look after the quality and timing, you are free to focus on your guests. We cook what you dream, and we do it with the consistency that comes from five decades of experience. ## About Vashdev Caterers Hi, I am Sanjay Ramnani, and at Vashdev Caterers, food is our family’s legacy. I grew up around live counters and fresh masala, so bringing that same passion to your table is second nature to us. We handle the kitchen chaos so you can actually enjoy the day.
