Food is everything at a wedding - *sabse pehle khana dekhte hain log* (people always check out the food first). That’s been our belief at Vashdev Caterers for decades. We’ve been around since 1970, serving Mumbai and beyond. Over 25,000 events later, I know how hectic big weddings can get, and my team handles the chaos so you can actually enjoy the day.

### Menus That Tell Your Story

No fixed packages here. I sit with families and help them build a customisable wedding menu that fits their style - from classic North and South Indian spreads to Gujarati snacks and our own Sindhi favourites like Saibhaji and Aloo Tuk. Guests love our live wedding food stations - Pani Puri, Agra Chaat, fresh dosas, and even pasta tossed right in front of them. We can do pure veg, non-veg, Jain counters, or however you want it.

### More Than Just Food

We put effort into how everything looks and feels. Interactive stations, a busy mocktail bar, and a dessert setup where Indian and Western sweets get equal love. Counters are decorated, and we make sure the vibe matches the occasion.

Mostly in Mumbai, but we travel all over Maharashtra for destination wedding catering services - Lonavala, Nashik, you name it. My staff stays on top of hygiene, quality, and making guests feel genuinely looked after. For us, warm service is as important as the food itself.

### My story

Namaste ji, we’re Vashdev Caterers, led by Sanjay Ramnani. Food for us isn’t just kaam (work) – it’s our family’s legacy since 1970. I grew up in the middle of sizzling live counters and the smell of fresh masala. We’re strict about quality and hygiene, Bombay Caterers Association waale hain hum (we’re association members). Our motto? Great food, warm service. For every event, we put our heart in, and trust me, our desserts – especially Akhrot Halwa – are the showstoppers. Khaana bina meetha toh adhura hai (no meal’s complete without dessert)!
