When you choose our traditional feasts, we do not just drop off food containers. We bring the full experience, including dedicated chefs for live counters, traditional chafing dishes with LED displays, and custom regional setups like our specialized Gujarati thali or Sindhi curry stations. It is all about giving your guests that home-cooked freshness even when we are serving a crowd of hundreds. Planning a feast means getting the balance right between taste, variety, and logistics. We have spent over 50 years perfecting that balance across Mumbai. Our traditional menu is not just about the classics, it is about bringing specific regional identities to your venue. Whether you are craving the comfort of a Gujarati thali with dhokla and khandvi, or the robust flavors of Punjabi curries, we handle it. We understand that Indian hosts have high expectations. Our regional specialties cover a wide spectrum. We offer elaborate Sindhi catering, authentic Gujarati menus, and rich Punjabi spreads. We also understand the importance of dietary restrictions, which is why our Jain-compliant preparations are handled with strict, separate protocols. Beyond the main course, we bring the excitement of street food to your event. Our live counters for Pani Puri, Ragda Pattice, and freshly made Dosas act as the focal point of the party, keeping guests engaged. We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and travel across Maharashtra for larger events. Our setup team arrives with everything needed, from copper chafing dishes to aesthetic floral accents, ensuring the visual presentation matches the taste. We believe in transparency, so we use clear, tiered pricing—whether you are opting for a high-tea street food menu or a grand 4-course feast—so you know exactly what is included. Your guests come for the food, but they stay for the hospitality. ## About Vashdev Caterers I am Sanjay Ramnani, and food is our family legacy. My team and I grew up in the middle of sizzling live counters, and we still treat every event like a home kitchen production.
