We do not believe in pre-plating or letting ingredients sit, as that is how chaat loses its crunch and flavor. Our chefs prepare every plate of Sev Puri and Pani Puri to order, ensuring the spice levels and chutneys are exactly how your guests want them, all while maintaining strict hygiene standards that you would expect from a professional kitchen. Our live counters are designed to bring the energy of a busy Mumbai street food market to your private event, wedding, or corporate gathering. Since 1970, we have refined our recipes to ensure that the authentic flavors of our chaat are consistent, whether we are catering for a small house party in a Mumbai apartment or a large-scale event at a venue like the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. We offer a full range of classics including: * **Pani Puri:** Freshly fried puris filled with our signature tangy water. * **Sev Puri:** A mix of potatoes, onions, and chutneys topped with crunchy sev. * **Ragda Pattice:** Hot, savory patties served with white peas curry and chutneys. * **Dahi Puri:** A refreshing sweet and spicy option that is always a crowd favorite. We don't just set up a table and walk away. Our uniformed staff manages the entire flow, handling crowd control and ingredient replenishment so you can focus on your guests. We are also flexible with our service; we can scale our counter size to fit your available space and guest count. If you want to pair your chaat with other live stations, like our pasta counters or our signature Akhrot Halwa for dessert, we can build a menu that flows perfectly throughout your event. From our base in Sion, we travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Maharashtra to ensure your party has that authentic taste of tradition. ## About Vashdev Caterers We are Sanjay Ramnani and the team at Vashdev Caterers.
