Our chefs prepare hot Akhrot Halwa or crisp waffles right in front of your guests, which ensures you get that fresh, warm texture that pre-plated desserts often lose in transport. It brings a level of energy and interactivity to your party that guests always notice. Whether you are hosting a festive wedding in a South Mumbai hall or a more intimate gathering in a Sion flat, our dessert stations are designed to be the highlight of the meal. We focus on two things: authenticity and freshness. Our traditional Indian offerings, like our signature Akhrot Halwa and Kulfi Falooda, are prepared using time-tested recipes that remind guests of home-cooked luxury. For those wanting a modern twist, our live waffle bar is a favorite. We don't just put out pre-made waffles. Our team brings the irons and batters, serving them hot with toppings like Nutella, maple syrup, and fresh cream. Because everything is made on-site, the quality remains high from the first guest to the last. We also manage the full logistics of the station. Our uniformed chefs handle the setup, service, and cleanup, so you don't have to worry about a thing. We are strict about hygiene and use premium, food-safe serving ware to match the quality of the sweets we serve. If you have specific dietary needs, such as Jain or sugar-free requirements, let us know in advance, and we will adjust the menu to ensure everyone gets a treat. ## About Vashdev Caterers We are Sanjay and the team at Vashdev Caterers, and for us, no party is complete without a sweet highlight. We grew up around sizzling halwa kadhais and fresh waffle irons, so we treat our dessert stations with the same respect as our main buffet. We bring the fun, the freshness, and the sugar rush right to your guests.
