This is why it takes 15 to 20 days to craft one of my signature pieces. This isn't fast fashion, it is pure mehnat (hard work) that results in a breathable, cotton garment meant to last for years, not seasons. When you choose a handmade lace top, you are choosing a garment with a soul. I work primarily with premium mercerized cotton, which gives these pieces a subtle sheen and ensures they remain comfortable even in Delhi's heat. ### The Process Every motif is a tiny project on its own. Whether I am making a V-neck or a classic boat-neck blouse, the construction relies on the 'join-as-you-go' technique. This ensures the seams are as durable as they are beautiful. Because I make these to order, you are not restricted by standard sizing. We will discuss your preferred fit, whether you want a cropped look for denim or a slightly longer cut to pair with a saree. ### Styling Your Top These signature pieces are incredibly versatile. You can layer them over a simple camisole for a lunch date, or wear them over a saree for a fusion festive look. Since they are made of breathable cotton, they are perfect for layering throughout the year. ### Care Instructions Because these are intricate, hand-assembled pieces, treat them with care. Hand wash gently in cold water and lay them flat to dry. This simple habit keeps the crochet structure intact and ensures your top stays as sharp as the day I finished it.
