When you visit our stall at events like The Lil Flea, you are not just getting a dessert tub; you get to sample our latest experiments, chat with us about what goes into our recipes, and share that first-bite reaction with us in real-time. For us, these pop-ups are the ultimate feedback loop. Reading messages on WhatsApp is great, but nothing replaces the honest smile we get when you try our signature Nutella Strawberry cake or the crunchy Krispy Kunafa right at our stall. We love that these events let you try our desserts by the slice before you commit to a whole cake or a box of tubs. Whether you are a regular who comes to say hi or a first-timer curious about our 100% vegetarian and eggless recipes, our pop-up menu is designed for exploration. We bring a mix of our bestseller tubs and limited-edition fusion treats you might not always find on our regular daily menu. Our team makes sure we are fully stocked, but since we make everything fresh in small batches, the most popular flavors do tend to run out by the evening. Keep an eye on our event schedule to see where the Vanilla Beans cart is parked next, or just reach out if you want to know when we are popping up in your neighborhood. We always bring extra spoons, so bring a friend and come hungry. ## About Vanilla Beans Rohit here! Mom and I love trading the quiet of our Bandra kitchen for the chaos and energy of festivals.
