Our classic dessert tubs focus on the balance between our moist, eggless sponge and fresh, high-quality fillings. Whether you are digging into the Tiramisu or the Biscoff Cheesecake, each 100g portion is designed to be the perfect single-serve treat, rich enough to satisfy but light enough to finish in one go without the sugar crash. Sometimes you do not need an entire cake sitting on your counter. You just want a quick, indulgent spoonful of something sweet to get through a long afternoon or a late-night work session. That is exactly why we created these dessert jars in our Bandra kitchen. Every tub is crafted to be a complete experience in a single serving. For our Tiramisu, we do not use any shortcuts. We soak our eggless sponge in a rich coffee syrup and layer it with a mascarpone-style frosting that gives you that authentic, melt-in-the-mouth texture. If you prefer something with more crunch, our Biscoff Cheesecake tub is a favorite. We layer house-made biscuit crumbs with a spiced Biscoff spread that brings a warm, caramelized flavor profile which contrasts perfectly with our airy, whipped cream base. Because we are a small-batch bakery, we can ensure the quality of every single jar. We use PET plastic tubs that show off those layers clearly, so you know exactly what you are getting before the first bite. Everything is 100% vegetarian and eggless, so you never have to worry about hidden ingredients. Whether you are ordering a mix for a small gathering or just grabbing a Nutella Hazelnut tub for yourself, you are getting the same fresh, premium quality we use in our signature celebration cakes. ## About Vanilla Beans We are Rohit and Deepa, a mother-son team baking out of our Bandra kitchen. Everything you see here is 100% eggless and crafted with the same fresh ingredients we would serve at our own family table.
