That’s the exact reason our Nutella Strawberry cake stays a bestseller—my mom, Deepa, insists on making our strawberry compote from scratch, which cuts right through the richness of the Belgian chocolate. You get that deep, intense cocoa hit, followed by fresh fruit tang, not just a sugar rush. We didn't set out to build a ‘viral’ bakery, but seeing the genuine reactions at our pop-ups across Mumbai has been the highlight of our journey. Whether it’s a first-time visitor at a flea market or a regular from our Bandra kitchen, that immediate, honest reaction is the only metric we care about. We keep our menu focused on what we do best: vegetarian, eggless desserts that use real, quality ingredients. When we’re at events, we bring the same cakes that go out to our delivery customers—there’s no ‘event version’ and ‘home version.’ If you see us whipping up a Dubai Kunafa cake or a Ferrero Rocher slice, know that it’s made with the same 54.5% Callebaut chocolate and slow-cooked compotes we use in our signature celebration cakes. Our Bandra home bakery operates on a simple principle: if we wouldn’t serve it to our family, we won’t serve it to you. That’s why we source our fruit based on the season—fresh mangoes in summer, strawberries in winter—rather than relying on synthetic syrups. If you’ve been scrolling through these photos and wondering if the hype is real, the best way to find out is to grab one of our dessert tubs. They’re the perfect single-serve size to see exactly why our customers keep coming back. ## About Vanilla Beans I'm Rohit, and my mom, Deepa, handles the magic in our Bandra kitchen. We treat every order like it's for a friend, focusing on fresh, vegetarian ingredients and bold flavors that actually deliver on the promise. We’re not about mass-produced sweets; we’re about making something you’ll actually want to finish.
