Every tub and cake features our homemade strawberry compote, slow-cooked in our Bandra kitchen to get that perfect tart-sweet balance that cuts through the richness of the Belgian chocolate and Nutella. It’s what makes this bestseller taste so different from standard bakery cakes. We treat our Nutella Strawberry collection as a craft project. While the classic is a fan favorite, we love experimenting with textures. You can now get the same signature base with a crunch—try our Krispy Kunafa version for that golden, Mediterranean-inspired bite, or the Crunchy Crumble if you want a textural twist. For those nights when you need a little treat just for yourself, we pack these layers into convenient dessert tubs, so you don't have to commit to a full celebration size. We also do a boozy, rum-soaked edition for when you’re feeling extra festive. Because we use fresh, seasonal produce, we rely on nature's clock—when the strawberries are in, we’re at our busiest. Whether you’re grabbing a bento-sized portion or a full centerpiece for a party, everything is 100% vegetarian and eggless, made fresh to order. ## About Vanilla Beans Rohit here, representing our Bandra kitchen. My mom, Deepa, is the genius behind our recipes—she’s the reason this cake hits that perfect balance between rich Nutella and tangy, slow-cooked berries.
