We make everything 100% eggless, ranging from single-serve dessert tubs for those random sweet cravings to signature celebration cakes that we have been perfecting for years. Whether you are planning a birthday or just need a pick-me-up, we prep every order fresh so it hits the spot the moment it lands on your table. Our bakery is not just about sugar; it is about balance. We believe that being vegetarian should not limit your dessert options, which is why we have spent years refining our eggless recipes. Our signature Nutella Strawberry cake is a labor of love—we wait for the best fruit, cook our own compotes from scratch, and pair it with Belgian dark chocolate ganache. We do not just do big cakes. You will find our dessert tubs—designed for one or two people—are a hit for impromptu cravings. If you are celebrating something bigger, our customization options let us play with formats like burnaway cakes or vintage-piping designs. Based in Bandra West, we deliver across Mumbai, ensuring that whether it is a birthday or a quiet Tuesday night, you are getting a treat that is as fresh as if it came right out of our oven. ## About Vanilla Beans I am Rohit, and along with my mom, Deepa, we run Vanilla Beans right out of our Bandra kitchen. We do not believe in factories or massive batches; we just love making desserts that actually taste real. When you order from us, it is coming straight from our home to yours.
