They come ready to eat with a wooden spoon included, so whether you are celebrating a small win at work or just need a late-night fix in Mumbai, you do not need to wait for a special occasion to open the box. ### Your Dessert, Your Way We designed our small-batch range to solve the problem of wanting a premium cake experience without the leftovers. **Bento Cakes (350g)** These are perfect for 1-2 people. We bake them in 4-inch rounds and package them in eco-friendly clamshell boxes. They are ideal for minimalist celebrations where you want a custom message or a specific design like our calendar marking or vintage piping. **Gourmet Dessert Tubs (200ml)** If you prefer layers over slices, these are for you. Each tub contains 3-4 distinct levels of moist, eggless sponge alternated with our house-made fruit compotes or premium ganache. Because we use 54.5% Callebaut Belgian Chocolate in our cocoa-based tubs and fresh, locally sourced fruits, you get a complex flavor profile in a portable format. ### Why Choose Our Small-Portion Desserts? * **Quality Ingredients:** We do not use premixes or artificial syrups. Our strawberry and mango compotes are slow-cooked from scratch. * **Eggless Always:** Every single item is 100% vegetarian, from our classic Belgian chocolate tubs to our seasonal fruit cakes. * **Pan-Mumbai Delivery:** We deliver across the city from our Bandra home bakery. Whether you are ordering a boozy Nutella strawberry tub or a classic vanilla bento cake, we put the same effort into these small portions as we do for our large event cakes. ## About Vanilla Beans My mom, Deepa, and I run this bakery from our Bandra home. We started making these smaller cakes and tubs because we realized not every craving needs a party-sized dessert. It is just us two crafting every order with fresh, quality ingredients.
