We replicate that signature melt-in-your-mouth experience while packing a punch, like a creamy Rasmalai or intense dark chocolate center. Since we craft these fresh in our Bandra bakery, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the fillings are perfectly set for your event. Our Cake Mithai represents a genuine experiment in flavor blending. We wanted to offer something that fits both a traditional festive spread and a modern party table. By combining the classic, soft structure of pedha with the intense profiles of popular cakes, we created a sweet that feels familiar yet entirely new. ### Why it works Each piece is designed to be a textural masterpiece. You get the slight resistance of the pedha exterior followed by a smooth, gooey ganache or fruit-based center. Whether you choose the floral notes of Rose, the tang of Blueberry, or the richness of Biscoff, the balance is deliberate. ### Perfect for gifting Presentation is as important as the taste. We pack these in our signature teal and gold rigid boxes, which come with cavity liners to keep every piece secure and pristine. It is a thoughtful gift for Diwali, weddings, or birthdays where you want to move away from standard dry fruits or plain chocolates. ### How to order We keep our production small to ensure every batch meets our quality standards. You can mix and match flavors to build your box of 4 to 6 pieces. If you have a specific color theme for a wedding or event, let us know, and we can try to align the flavors to match. ## About Vanilla Beans I am Rohit, and with my mom Deepa, we run Vanilla Beans out of our home in Bandra. We started this because we wanted to create desserts that bring people together, and our Cake Mithai is the heart of that, mixing the nostalgia of Indian sweets with the fun of modern cake flavors.
