Everything we make is 100% vegetarian, whether you choose our classic rum-soaked plum cake or our festive fusion cake mithai boxes. Christmas at Vanilla Beans is about balancing nostalgia with new flavors. We know how important the traditional plum cake is, which is why we offer a version with dry fruits soaked in rum for over six months, alongside a non-alcoholic option for everyone to enjoy. These are dense, spiced, and deeply flavorful. We also love experimenting, which led us to create our Christmas Cake Mithai. We have taken the concept of traditional Indian sweets and reimagined them with holiday-inspired centers like mint chocolate, red velvet, and rich plum cake. These are perfect if you want to send a gift that stands out from the usual cookies or chocolates. If you are looking for something to share, our rum balls and chocolate-coated strawberries are consistently popular during the season. We pack everything in our signature teal and gold boxes, making them ready to gift the moment they arrive. We operate from our home bakery in Bandra, which allows us to keep a close watch on quality. Since we do not use preservatives, we limit our order capacity. Whether you are ordering a single box for yourself or gifting to friends and family across Mumbai, please reach out early. Our menu changes yearly as we find new ways to celebrate, so check the latest updates before you place your order. ## About Vanilla Beans I am Rohit, and with my mom Deepa, we run Vanilla Beans from our home in Bandra. We love mixing old-school Christmas nostalgia with new ideas, like our fusion cake mithai that puts a modern twist on the traditional festive box.
