We focus on getting the texture right. Our chakri stays crunchy and our theplas remain soft because we pack them fresh for every exhibition, never keeping pre-made stock sitting on shelves. When you visit us at an exhibition, you are not just browsing a shelf; you are tasting years of tradition. Whether it is at a local art gallery pop-up or a festive market, we bring the same 'maa ke haath ka' quality that our regulars have loved since 2001. We understand that when you buy food at an event, you want it to last. That is why we emphasize our vacuum-sealing process. It locks in the freshness, meaning you can pick up a pack of methi theplas or our signature dry fruit bhel and be confident it will taste just as fresh at home a week later. All our items, from diet-friendly roasted poha chiwda to indulgent Nutty Rock chocolates, are 100% vegetarian and eggless.
